Cancellation Policy
As a matter of clarity, please note that the full treatment fee will be chargeable if appointments are cancelled with less than 48 hours notice (not including weekends). The clinics will do their best to take clients off my waiting list to fill cancelled appointments in which case you will not be charged. If this is not possible, you will be asked to pay the full treatment cost. Please also note that both clinics operate a cancellation reference policy. Cancellations are not deemed valid unless you are given a reference number so please do not leave voicemail messages.
